1. Scope of Services

This agreement applies to all branding and marketing services provided by Elite Era Consulting, including but not limited to logos, flyers, banners, brand identity, and design-related projects.

All services are limited to the agreed project scope. Any additional requests outside of the original scope may require a separate quote and payment.

2. Payment Terms

All branding and marketing services (non-website projects) require 100% payment upfront before any work begins.

For four-page website design projects ($160), a 50% deposit ($80) is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, including drafting, concept creation, or design development.

Turnaround time begins only after full payment (or deposit where applicable) and all required content has been submitted.

3. Revisions

Each project includes one (1) free revision.

Additional revisions will be billed at $5 per revision and must be paid before revised files are delivered.

Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the draft. Delayed responses may result in project closure.

4. Turnaround Time

Branding projects have a standard turnaround time of 1–3 business days.

Four-page website design projects have a turnaround time of 5–7 business days.

Turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

Delays in submitting required content will result in delays in delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all required materials before work begins, including but not limited to:

• Photos
• Brand colors
• Text/content
• Inspiration or references
• Accurate business information

Elite Era Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.

6. Project Completion & Communication

A project is considered complete once final files are delivered.

If the Client does not respond within 5 business days after receiving a draft or update, the project will be automatically closed.

No further revisions will be provided after closure, and any additional work will require a new request and fee.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued once work has started.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any processing or administrative fees.

Once work has begun, the project cannot be canceled.

8. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership rights to the final approved design.

Elite Era Consulting reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials after the Client has officially launched their brand or project.

If the Client requests ongoing confidentiality, this must be communicated in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business information, branding materials, or login credentials shared during the project.

Elite Era Consulting will not publicly share any part of the project until the Client has launched, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and/or proceeding with services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Branding Service Agreement.
