Custom Rug Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Elite Era Rugs provides custom tufted rug design and production services based on the Client’s requested design, size, and customization selections.

All rugs are handmade and produced based on the details approved prior to production.

 

2. Pricing & Sizes

All rugs start at $50.

Available sizes:

  • 37" x 14" — $50
  • 40" x 34" — $75

Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity and selected add-ons.

 

3. Customization Add-Ons

Optional upgrades include:

  • Carving / 3D Etching — +$10
    Adds depth, detail, and definition to the design
  • Sealed Edges — +$20
    Provides a cleaner finish and improves durability

All add-ons will be confirmed before production begins.

 

4. Payment Terms

A 40% deposit is required to begin production.

Once your design is approved and your invoice is issued, the deposit must be paid before any work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the rug.

A final invoice with a payment link will be sent before delivery or shipping.

Failure to complete final payment may result in delayed delivery.

 

5. Production & Turnaround Time

Production typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on current order volume.

Turnaround time applies to production only and does not include shipping time.

More detailed designs, including those with add-ons such as carving or customization, may require additional time.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping.

  • Shipping costs are not included and will be added to your final total
  • Shipping rates are based on location and package size
  • Orders are typically shipped via USPS, with tracking and delivery confirmation when available

Local pickup may be available depending on your location.

Once an order has shipped, Elite Era Rugs is not responsible for carrier delays.

 

7. Design Submission

Clients are strongly encouraged to provide inspiration photos and detailed references.

All design materials can be submitted through the order form.

We aim to create designs that closely match the provided references, including logos and detailed concepts.

 

8. Design Approval

Production will not begin until:

  • The design is confirmed
  • The invoice is issued
  • The deposit is paid

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all details are accurate before approval.

 

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All custom rugs are final sale.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once production has started.

Orders cannot be canceled after work has begun.

 

10. Design Refusal

Elite Era Rugs reserves the right to decline or refuse any design request that does not align with our standards, comfort level, or creative direction.

 

11. Quality & Expectations

All rugs are handmade and may have slight variations that contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

These are not considered defects.

 

12. Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing an order and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Custom Rug Service Agreement.
