How long does it take?
Production typically takes 3–5 days depending on current order volume.
Turnaround time is based on production only and does not include shipping. Once your rug is completed, shipping time will vary based on your location.
More detailed designs, such as rugs with carving or added customization, may take slightly longer to complete.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 40% deposit is required to begin your custom rug.
Once your design is approved and your invoice is sent, payment must be made before production starts.
The remaining balance will be due once your rug is completed. A final invoice with a payment link will be sent before delivery or shipping.
All custom rugs are final sale and sold as is.
Do you ship?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping.
Shipping costs are not included and will be added to your final total based on your location and package size.
Local pickup may also be available depending on your area.
Once your rug ships, it will be sent through USPS. Shipping options that include tracking and delivery confirmation may be used depending on the order.
Can I send inspiration pics?
Yes — inspiration photos are strongly encouraged.
You can upload your images directly in the design section of the order form. The more detail you provide, the better we can match your vision.
We can create exact replicas, including logos and detailed designs, based on the references you submit. However, we reserve the right to decline or refuse any design request that we are not comfortable creating.
This helps ensure that all work aligns with our standards, brand, and creative direction.
Modifiers / Customization Features

We currently offer:
