Web Management Suites Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Elite Era Consulting provides ongoing website maintenance and management services through monthly subscription plans.

Services may include:

  • Website updates (text, images, basic content changes)
  • Performance monitoring and optimization
  • Minor layout adjustments
  • Landing page creation (based on plan)
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

Services are limited to the Client’s selected subscription tier.

2. Subscription Plans

Services are offered under the following plans:

WebLite (Entry)
  • Minor updates (text and stock images only)
  • Monthly updates
  • Basic support
WebPro (Most Popular)
  • Everything in WebLite
  • Unlimited updates (within reasonable use)
  • Ongoing optimization
  • Custom branding updates
  • Landing page creation

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed monthly
  • Payment must be made in advance of each billing cycle
  • A valid payment method must remain on file

Failure to process payment may result in service interruption or suspension.

4. Definition of “Unlimited Updates”

“Unlimited updates” applies to reasonable and ongoing website changes, including:

  • Text edits
  • Image replacements
  • Minor design adjustments
  • Page updates

Unlimited updates do not include:

  • Full website redesigns
  • New website builds
  • Complex custom development
  • E-commerce setup or major integrations

Elite Era Consulting reserves the right to determine what qualifies as reasonable use.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Standard updates are completed within 2–5 business days
  • Larger requests may require additional time

Turnaround time depends on:

  • request complexity
  • current workload
  • client responsiveness

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear instructions and content for updates
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain access to necessary platforms (website login, hosting, etc.)

Delays in communication may affect turnaround time.

7. Communication & Support

Support level depends on the selected plan.

  • WebLite: Basic support
  • WebPro: Priority handling and faster response times

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed
  • Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be issued

Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

9. Service Suspension

Services may be paused or suspended if:

  • payment fails
  • client is unresponsive
  • required access or content is not provided

10. Ownership & Access

The Client retains ownership of their website and content.

Elite Era Consulting is not responsible for:

  • third-party platform issues
  • hosting outages
  • domain or subscription expirations

11. Limitation of Liability

Elite Era Consulting is not liable for:

  • website downtime caused by third-party platforms
  • loss of data due to external systems
  • business outcomes related to website performance

12. Confidentiality

All client data, website access, and business information will remain confidential.

13. Agreement Acknowledgment

By subscribing to website management services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Website Management Service Agreement.
